Getting a Stuck Ring Off Your Finger
Rising body temperatures can cause fingers to swell and make it difficult to remove a ring from your finger.  If you have this problem, there are several ways to reduce the swelling or lubricate the finger enough to get the ring off.  Start with lots of soap with cold water and gently twist the ring.  If this doesn't work, you can reduce swelling further by packing your finger on ice for a few minutes.
