1 (8oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained ( 1 cup diced fresh pineapple)
1 small mando, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup diced jicama (optional)
