Best ever Baileys

Ingredients

 

Ingredients (sorry UK measures)

 

Half pint single cream

Half pint whisky

Large can of condensed milk (sticky sweet kind)

3 teaspoons freeze dried coffee

2 large eggs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure

Beat the eggs very well and leave one on side

Dissolve the coffee in  a tablespoon of hot water

Mix together cream, whisky and condensed milk

Now gradually stir in the beaten eggs and cooled coffee mixture

Thats it - enjoy
