Tell-All-Tote
Instead of being a stay-at-home treasure, this hot-pink carryall flaunts your feelings for all the world to see.

Pink tote bag (or dye a plain bag with hot-pink Cool Color Spray Dye by Tulip)
Photo
Photo-to-fabric transfer paper and color copier (or transfer at a copy shop)
200-count or finer white cotton fabric
Scraps of red cotton fabric and iron-on bonding material
Fine-point black permanent marker (Faber-Castell india ink, medium point)
Red thread; needle or sewing machine
Tacky glue (Aleene’s Quick Dry)
Scrap of tracing paper; transfer paper

COPY photo onto transfer paper and transfer image to fabric as directed, aligned with grain and centered at least 1/2" from edges.

FOLD under edges of fabric, leaving white border about 1/4" wide around picture; press. Stitch hem in border with red thread by hand or machine.

GLUE picture, centered, to front of tote bag, leaving room for message. Let dry.

TEST marker inside bag to make sure ink doesn’t blur. Write message on tracing paper; enlarge on a copier, if needed. Transfer words lightly onto bag, then reinforce with marker.

IRON bonding material onto back of red fabric. Cut small hearts (3/4" to 11/2" high); scatter and iron onto bag.
