Witch's Hat Goodie Bag
You need: party hat; stiff cardboard; craft knife; glue; string of beads; black acrylic paint; black glitter; black satin ribbon.
Assembling: Cut chin straps from party hat. Position opening of hat on cardboard and outline circle. Draw a second circle 1" outside first. Draw a smaller circle 2" in from opening dimensions. Cut out along outer and inner circles. Make vertical cuts from inner circle to opening dimensions or within 1" of outer edges for tabs. Fold cut tabs vertically facing up. Position hat on cardboard piece with tabs inside. Spread glue on tabs and glue to inside of hat to secure brim in place. Cut and glue a length of pearls over join on outside of hat.
Painting: Paint entire hat black. Paint brim with glue and sprinkle with glitter. Paint dots around hat with glue and cover with glitter. Cut two lengths of ribbon. Glue one end of each piece inside hat. Tie ends together for handle.

Starry Starry Night Goodie Bag
You need: small black and white gift bags; pencil; scrap of cardboard; craft knife; hole punch; black-and-orange chenille ribbon; scissors.
Preparing: Draw various sized stars randomly on black gift bag. Slip scrap of cardboard inside to protect opposite side of bag. Use craft knife to cut out stars. Position white bag inside black bag. If bag has handles, remove them. Use hole punch to cut two holes on either side of both bags for handles. Cut two lengths of ribbon for handles. Slip ends through holes and knot on inside to secure.

Organdy Ditty Goodie Bag
You need: white organdy fabric; white binding tape; sewing supplies; black twisted cording; black frog closure; fabric glue.
Sewing: From organdy fabric, cut an 18" diameter circle. Hem edges of circle. Sew two buttonholes 1/2" apart about 3-1/2" from edge. Position a length of binding tape on wrong side about 3" from edge around circle, covering buttonholes and overlapping at ends. Topstitch in place for casing. Cut a length of cord to fit through casing with enough extra to tie. Thread cord through casing, ends coming out on right side through buttonholes. Cut frog closure in half and glue one half to each end of cording. Pull cording to close bag, and tie.
