Holiday Dressing Made Easy
By Aretha Busby
'Tis the season for office parties and get-togethers with family and friends, it's also a time for holiday shopping, gift wrapping, preparing elaborate meals and decorating our homes. With so much to do, who has time to think about what we are going to wear? From accessories to clothing, here are some great timesaving tips to help you look fabulous this holiday season.
Add a Bold Accessory
Pearls are ever elegant. A chocker or short strand is nice with crew necks; knot super long ones to complement a low V-neck or button front blouse.
An ornate cocktail ring will be sure to dress up any outfit.
Chandelier earrings are a stunning accent. To avoid snagging on your shirt, make sure the pair you choose is not too long.
A big broach can snazz up a lapel, and it's an eye-catcher on a belt or pinned to a sweater.
Fishnets and sheers with a pattern will add drama to any look. Be sure that all hosiery on hand is run-free.

Quick and Easy Fashion Hints
Think festive. Faux fur trim, fun embroidery or anything that sparkles or shines, paired with a more understated piece will always make a statement.
Always keep a complete head-to-toe holiday outfit pressed and ready to go. Knowing that you have a fully accessorized look, ready at a moments notice, will not only alleviate some stress it will also cut your dressing time in half.
Dresses are always easiest. Opt for a fun color or texture but in a figure flattering, hassle-free silhouette; like a chemise that slides over curves or a wrap dress that defines your figure.
A wrap finishes off any ensemble with panache; the more generously sized, the better.
