Four Questions Every Leader Gets Asked

If you’re the leader of your small group, your members will ask you four basic questions. They are looking to you for direction.

 

What am I supposed to do?
Will you let me do it?
Will you help me when I need it?
Will you let me know how I am doing?
You are all leaders in some capacity. Each of you are called on to provide leadership in some situation, even if you do not have the “gift of leadership�? You can be sure that at some point these questions will be asked either verbally or internally by those whom you lead. Reassure those you lead by answering these questions before they are even asked.
