here is an update of all that is going on here with our new home. we got the deed a week ago. we are waiting for the title to it and the other copies that we need. I am so happy that I know that I am the owner of our home.

 

we paid school taxes already and we will be saving up for the city and county taxes and school again for next yr. since we moved after the other two came out we didnt own the house until we paid for it in may we had rented it first besides putting a downpayment on it :)

 

the dogs and cats love it and I am so happy to have a fenced in yard. we have roses out there a cactus, 3 tomato plants with tomatoes that are still green, some planters with carrots, onions and corn :) we got a semi green thumb

 

still have more to do inside the house we are taking up the rugs and going with hardwood floor.
