Taco Nachos
Easy-to-make Taco Nachos are great for snacking as you watch Sunday afternoon football, or anytime you want a tasty, spicy treat.  You can make 3 batches from a 10-ounce bag of tortilla chips.
Prep Time: 7 minutes
Cook Time: 7 minutes

2 cups  (8 ounces)  shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups  (8 ounces)  shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package  (1.25 ounces)  McCormick® Taco Seasoning
tortilla chips

1.  Combine first 3 ingredients.  Put tortilla chips in single layer on pan lined with aluminum foil.  Top with a rounded 1/2 cup of cheese mixture.  Repeat with another layer of chips and rounded 1/2 cup cheese.
2.  Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.  Top with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole, as desired.
3.  Make additional batches as needed.
Tip:  Add chopped green chiles to nachos just before baking.
