This something that we all need to do on occasion and I felt a need to start this and hope you don't mind. I am having such a time with my landlord she has not paid or bounced checks 4 to 5 times since we have moved here in June. This is not fair to us since we and the neighbors that are with us in this duplex apt building pay our portion of the water bill. yet that landlord's hand is out for that rent money but can't pay her water bill. On our apts she owes $200 the other set that is like ours she owes $800. this is ridiculous we shouldn't have to be subject to this. I don't know why we can't find a decent landlord. I live in winter haven florida, I used to live in johnstown pa. and the landlord there was snotty but at least we paid for our ultities our selves. We asked our niece to help us find something tomorrow my mission is go get phone numbers. and start calling around to find a place for feb. it seems just when we find a place to call home this happens. we need a house instead of an apt...

 

I feel so bad that I can't find a home to call a home. I keep praying that something comes up soon. One of these it just has to that we win the lottery and be able to buy our own place. then it will feel so great. right now the landlord doesn't care about these apts and now she knows what we don't care about them either. She hasn't fixed the bathroom window either, and there is mold coming on the walls that should have no way of getting in here. Pray that we can find something..
