To Mike and Phyllis and anyone else out there who has had, or is having, a difficult year, may I add my prayers to the many that you continue on the road to health.
To my grandson and to all of your husbands, wives, sons, daughters, family members and friends who are serving their country, and striving to keep us safe, over there in those unbearable sands called Iraq and Afganistan, may you please come home victorious, and whole, both physically and mentally, before this next year passes you by!
To those of you who try to keep us safe and sheltered here on the home front, the Coast Guard, The Police Departments,The Fire Departments and the EMTs...Bless You and keep you as safe as you try to keep us.
To the rest of us, may the universe keep watch over us as we continue to try to do the right thing to others and to ourselves.
