I purchased the Mascott Shaggy from a very old HK collector many years ago for secondary price of $1200. and found both of the Hk shaggys at retail here in town...they are on the right of the photo...notice the back leg difference of the Mascott release and the HK release....

Robert...Thanks for the offer on a trade...but I have too much older AB of my own...I would love to be able to get rid of some of my extras also.... 

 

Catie...Yes, I remenber that animation site...lol...it was fun...gosh...that is sure going back some years... now that I think of it...I miss the good ole HK days also...we had a blast of the message boards that is for sure....Many HK friends were made and what fun we had staying up to the wee hours of the morning playing on the HK board...I stopped collecting several years ago...I just simply ran out of room to display and my home started looking like a retail store...When we tiled our large family room ...computer room...kitchen...etc...I had to pack up all my collectibles to move things around...Since then I never unpacked my personal collection ...I keep saying I will do it SOON...but still haven't gotten around to it...

 

Dan...LOL..I thought you had everything... Would love to see some of your hard to find pieces...

 

Lynn and Sylvia...it's great to know you both still read the boards and that you post once in a while...I'm not here every day...but do love to peek in...I do think more people read then post...

Those were the days my friends, I wished they never end!!!! I joined a little later than you old timers but I learned so much from ya'll. Issy I remember getting a photograpy class from you. And of course drooled over your collection than. I hope we all have passed over hard feelings and yes we are HK Nuts each and everyone of us!  I have quit collecting HK but I still have all of my old pieces plus some. But I could not part with them. I have two curio cabinets full of HK. Plus some packed away that wouldn't fit. Guess I will have to buy another cabinet or two. Ha Ha.

I still read when I can.  Don't collect any more.  When we retired I stopped but still have my display full of wonderful pieces.  I don't have any hard feeling toward anyone that I'm aware of.  It's so good to see so many of us still around.  Too bad MSN took our chat away cause that was always so much fun.
