Thank you Adam Binder!! Adam has donated a differently finished, one of a kind Bling, Netsuke Mice n'Cheese (Still looking for it's name) as a raffle piece for Retired Racers, Greyhound Rescue & Adoption.
You may purchase tickets up to the 20th of September at 12 Noon. Adam Binder will pull the winning ticket that afternoon and you do not have to be present to win.
Tickets will be $5.00 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.00
You may purchase tickets from me at Ann's event either by cheque or cash, or you may order any time from now until then through PayPal using [email protected] and I will send you your ticket stubs or the ticket numbers, your choice.
Retired Racers is a federaly registered non-profit charity, so depending on your tax situation, you may be able to deduct some or all of your donation from your income taxes.
Once again the Universe has picked the perfect time for this raffle.
It is with greyt pleasure that we can say that the Denver Greyhound Track is closing!
It does, however, have a downside. Some of the worst of the trainers will just abandon their dogs, so Retired Racers, along with other rescues, will have to be prepared to take in these pups and the medical bills can be tremendous. So, once again, Your kindness will make a huge difference in the life of these beautiful, loving Greys.
