I know that the day will come when his name will bring a smile to my lips and laughter to my heart,

but not just yet. How often I've said that the measure of grief is the mesure of love. How full then was the measuring cup of my love for this tiny excuse for a Greyhound, adorable broken tail and all.

Judy & Wally, I hope that Chrissy has found the Grey Pac and is romping with them. I'm sure that just as I do, you still turn you head, knowing that if you look quickly enough, you will see her there, just out of sight.

Bless all of the four legged angels that allow us to live with them for the short time they are able to stay away from the fields at the bridge where they patrol to be sure that no one who abuses the weak, of two or four legs, is allowed to cross.
