Apparently shipping to/from Hawaii is more expensive.  But not outrageous.

 

The Aloha version of "Jump for Joy" was/is $94.00 with $10 shipping.

 

I talked to Paula again just a few minutes ago and she said that they have all ready sold out half of the edition size :-)

 

As far as what is different between the Aloha version and the std release... my info is the same as yours... the Aloha version will have Paula, Cindy, and Shirley's name's on the piece along with the name Lahaina, Maui... and there will be a slight but noticable color variation (exacty what, I do not know yet).
