Two more months and Christmas is here.

 

This Christmas will be special as a lot of folks will have had massive changes in their lives and many will be away from home.

 

Those of us lucky enough to be home with loved ones and friends could do something special. I always say to the kids we will bake together etc. but then last minute shopping etc, kind of stops this homey feeling and doing things together. So I vowed and marked the calendar a day where we will just bake cookies and cakes together and not mind how messy the kitchen will become.

 

So I beg you to share your best recepies for cakes and cookies with us all.
