OOC: My attempt at being creative :] I've used many people out of character but eh?

xxI AM THE CHAMP
Becoming a champion wasn't an easy task, in fact it was one that many didn't see in their whole careers in wrestling. Addison Sky had been fortunate to experience the feeling of being a champion and she wanted nothing more than to get that experience once again. Ambika Renton was someone that many people looked up to including Addison Sky. However that wasn't always a good thing. It only made Addison want to work harder to be able to say that she had reached what she worked so hard for all those years. Addy had gotten enough time to recouporate and get ready for what was to come at Exodus and she wasn't going to let history repeat itself in the sense of her losing. She had her eyes on the prize and she wasn't going to even flinch. it wasn't going to be easy though and she hated that much about the match but it was something that came with the territory of being seen as the top female competitor in the CPW. Sure people had their opinions on Addison being the champ but she had high hopes for herself that she could earn respect as a champion by beating someone that everyone looked to for a good match.

The long path that stood in front of Addison glowed yellow and she took in a deep breath letting it out as she rose an eyebrow. All around her stood the divas of the CPW. She looked rather confused as she gulped down some saliva. The divas pointed Addison towards a woman who stood in a golden light. As Addison got closer she saw that it was none other than Tara Wilson. Tara nodded towards Addison with a smile. This made Addison even more confused. She shrugged her shoulders as Tara stepped closer to her.

Tara Wilson; Addison Sky, you have done it!

Addison Sky; Done what?

Addison looked around for answers but found none. Tara then pointed over in another direction reveliing a pair of legs sticking out from under a house. On the legs rested a pair of sparkling red wrestling boots. Addison's eyes opened wide. She quickly turned back to Tara.

Addison Sky; Oh my god! I didn't...

Tara Wilson; No, no this is good. You have killed the wicked diva of the east. We're celebrating!

Before all the celebration and music could begin a large wind picked up. All the diva's scattered and hid. Tara and Addison stayed strong in the middle as a blob formed into a person. That person turned out to be the Bloodsport champion, Ambika Renton. She examined the house that sat upon the legs. She then turned back to Addison.

Ambika Renton; You!! You did this!

Addison shook her head. Tara then stepped in front of her.

Addison Sky; I just want the title.

Ambika shook her head and walked towards the legs once again as she began to unlace the wrestling boots from the legs. Suddenly they appeared on Addison's feet. Addison stumbled back a little bit as Ambika turned sharply with a glare towards her.

Tara Wilson; You will not touch these shoes, they belong to a champion.

Ambika Renton; I am the champion!

The words were ignored. Ambika then got a angry looking on as Addison looked down at the boots that were now on her feet.

Ambika Renton; You'll pay for this!

Ambika pointed towards Addison before she swept herself off away from everyone. The loud and gusty wind picked up once more and then all wasy calm. Addison turned to Tara.

Addison Sky; How am I ever to become champion?

Tara Wilson; You must go to the wizard, he'll tell you everything you need to know.

Addison Sky; Well..how do I get there.

Tara giggled a little bit and the rest of the divas giggled as well. Addison looked a little embarassed as she looked to Tara.

Tara Wilson; Simple, you follow the yellow road.

Addison Sky; The yellow road?

Tara nodded as did the rest of the divas. Addison shrugged her shoulders and followed their directions. She started down the path towards the wizard of CPW and off to find what could make her the champion that she wanted to badly to be. It wasn't long before she came upon another familiar face, her boyfriend Erik Banks. Addison looked on as she saw Erik sitting on a fence. She walked up to him slowely looking around her for the wicked diva of the west.

Addison Sky; Erik?

Erik looked over to her with a smile.

Erik Banks; Ah, Addy what are you doing here?

Addison Sky; To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. I'm just looking to find a way to really better myself and make myself a champion. I was told to go to the wizard. What are you doing here?

Erik Banks; I was looking to kick start my career. A champion though?

Addison shrugged her shoulders nodding towards her boyfriend.

Addison Sky; Yeah, I get to go up against Ambika Renton at Exodus for the Bloodsport championship and I am really hoping to win. I just need a few helpful hints to know what it takes to beat the girl. I did it once but she had one up on me now too and that championship so I really need to push it. If I could just figure out how..

Addison's words faded as she looked to ponder what she was saying. She then snapped back towards Erik.

Addison Sky; I bet the wizard could help you too though. Do you wanna come with me, I'd rather not be alone anyways.

Erik shrugged his shoulders jumping down off the fence. Addison smiled as Erik kissed her on the cheek.

Erik Banks; Off to see the wizard!

Addison and Erik smiled at each other as the continued down the yellow road that was set out in front of them. The sky had grown darker as Erik and Addison stepped into the woods. Addison latched onto Erik as they continued to dip further and further into the woods. There was a sillouite in the darkness in front of Addison and Erik and as they approached it it became clear that it was a woman. Not just any woman though it was Ambika. Ambika stepped into the light stepping close to Addison. She held the bloodsport championship over her shoulder.

Ambika Renton; Little Addison, you wish to hold this?

Addison nodded her head.

Ambika Renton; You'll need more than a pair of red wrestling boots.

Ambika shoved Addison back and she stumbled into Erik. Erik grabbed onto her before she could jump forward on to Ambika.

Addison Sky; I'll get that championship Ambika and people will see why I should've won that match back at Night of Champions.

Ambika Renton; You won't be champion again Addison, you don't have what it takes!

Erik finally let go of Addison and she stepped close to Ambika meeting her face to face.

Addison Sky; When I want something Ambika, there aren't lengths that I will not go to. I'm going to do whatever is humanly possible to get my hands on that title again because I know that I'm good enough. People might not see that but I do and I know that I can pull off what some think is impossible for me. You aren't as much of a threat as you think. You're just a girl with a twisted story to tell and nothing more. I'll get that title.

Addison stepped back as she jumped back into her own skin. She looked to a now angered wicked diva of the west.

Ambika Renton; You can't talk to me like that!

Addison Sky; I'll talk to you anyway I want!

Erik pulled Addison back attempting to hush her. It wasn't long before Ambika had turned full on green as she let out a shriek that could be heard for miles. Ambika reached forward grabbing Addison's arm. The both of them were off the ground in no time and Erik was running below trying to keep up to see where they were going. Finally they landed at a large castle. Ambika dropped Addison down on the ground as she took a light landing.

Addison Sky; You're going to have to admit I can beat you sometime. I did for that title the first time at least.

Ambika snarled.

Ambika Renton; Oh you have no clue do you?

Addison got to her feet standing closer to Ambika once again.

Addison Sky; No, I don't think you really have a clue. I want that Ambika and you can't keep it from me all that much longer. Hell you should've just let me keep it when I took it the first time because it's coming home with me after Exodus and that isn't just a hope that's a promise to you and to myself.

Addison smiled happy with her new found confidence.

Ambika Renton; Addison you..

Addison Sky; No you need to listen to me. I won't be made out to be a fool this time around and I need you to know that.

Before Ambika could reply a loud boom was heard in the distance. Ambika looked rather distracted by it but Addison didn't flinch. She continued to look into the eyes of Ambika. Ambika then made her way over to the direction in which the boom came from. There was a hissing sound that followed and Addison looked over to see Erik who pushed a bucket of water towards her. She looked a little confused and Erik motioned for her to pour it on Ambika. Addison nodded her head picking up the bucket. Her heartbeat became faster and faster as Ambika turned around she threw the water on her. There was a short moment of silence and then a loud screech from Ambika. She began to melt.

Ambika Renton; I'm melting!!!

All that was left of Ambika was her Bloodsport championship belt. Addison looked on wide-eyed. Erik ran up behind Addison looking at the pile of nothing in front of the both of them. Addison and Erik looked to each other and then back towards the pile. Erik reached forward picking up the belt he held it towards Addison who stepped away.

Erik Banks; Take it!

Addison Sky; I can't I need to earn it.

Erik Banks; That wasn't a problem before.

Addison shook her head.

Addison Sky; Erik that's my point I don't want people to see me as a crazy person they need to see me as an athlete as someone that is able to pull off things that they put their minds to and that's what it's going to take. I don't think Ambika will really be...all there anyways.

Addison looked at the pile of melted Ambika with a disgusted look on her face. Erik shrugged his shoulders placing the belt on his own shoulder holding it for Addison just in case.

Addison Sky; Now lets go before it's too late.

Erik nodded his head.

The large city that stood in front of Erik and Addison was full of beautiful green statues and buildings. Addison and Erik made there way into the city looking around at the large buildings and skyscrapers. A few people passed by sending the two of them odd looks. Addison latched onto Erik as they made there way towards the biggest building in the city it was the wizards house and where the two of them would be able to get their wish. They reached the building and Addison stepped forward knocking on the door. A little man poked his head out looking down towards Addison.

Little Man; Yes?

Addison Sky; We're here to see the wizard!

The little man disappeared and the door began to open up. Addison and Erik smiled at each other and walked into the building. There was a large screen that sat in front of the two of them and they stopped in there tracks as a large voice boomed out.

The Wizard; WHAT DO YOU WISH!?

Addison Sky;  I wish to win, I want to win more than a lot of things and while I lost the match to Ambika last time but in our first match I defeated her. So we're even and what will happen at Exodus will truely tell who the champion should be. I want nothing more than for it to be myself and I honestly think that I can do this. I already know that I'm going to put more than I have into the match and I'm going to let people know who Addison Sky is. Not just a one hit wonder. I'm more than that. I have more substance than what people think and I can surely hold my own when I step into the ring. So please Wizard tell me...what is it that I need to do. I've already made Ambika melt, but is that enough to be the champion? I need help!

The wizard let out a loud cough.

The Wizard; No, no Addison, you have everything you need. You've always been a champion and to validate that you really don't NEED a championship.

Addison Sky; How can you say that? No one in the CPW notices you unless you have something to show.

The Wizard; Just trust me Addison you're a good champion, just click those boots together say the words "I am the champ" three times and you'll have everything you need to win!

Addison looked down to the boots on her feet. She clicked the boots together.

Addison Sky; I am the champ!

click

Addison Sky; I am the champ!

click

Addison Sky; I am the champ!

Addison's eyes opened up quickly and she sat up. She looked around rather confused. She turned her attention towards the clock it read 7:15am. Addison shook her head rubbing her eyes. She had to get to work. Training was all she needed right now. Addison's mind had wanderd far during the night but she couldn't help but to be happy with her own thoughts and hopefully what would become her own reality.

OOC:I quite enjoy this r/p it's back into the Addison vibe; ps Erik White=Erik Banks it's the new last name lol

xxIN THE MAKING
The time for stepping up had presented itself. Exodus was only code for becoming something more, or at least in Addison's eyes it was. She could never be who Ambika was and she probably would never get the recognition that she truly deserved but she wasn't going to dwell on things that didn't really matter all that much. There was focus only on her match and what she could do to ensure a win for it. She was going to be herself and that might just be the key to everything. Addison wasn't going to jump through hoops to get something that she had the ability to obtain by herself, in a simple way. Ambika would of course put up a good fight but Addison was going to go the extra mile. Someone once said that only the people that push themselves past the limit know their real limits and that was true for Addison. She was going to push herself until she simply couldn't any longer and if that wasn't enough then she would of course have doubts about herself but with great gains comes great losses and some that Addison would have to suffer. She had her first big loss at the night of champions and her first huge gain the month before at Vendetta. The pattern that Addison wished to continue would stop after Exodus and leave her with the bloodsport championship as she truly wanted. People didn't want to see Addison with the title for unknown reasons but that only made her want it that much more. The passion that she had exceeded that of most wrestlers and her attitude was quite different from most. Addison looked for the good in all and in herself she saw a good champion, a strong champion. Most importantly someone who really could be a champion and she wanted to let other people see that as well all that was missing was the championship to complete that image that she was building for the world, and for herself. It wasn't about being selfish though, it was about being seen in a light that was different than the one that she was being seen in now. The one hit wonder of CPW, maybe it wasn't the thought on everyone's mind but word spread around in the back and jealousy only led to worse things and Addison had caught up on the hott gossip that included her. She wasn't going to be the one hit wonder of the CPW anymore, this time around she wouldn't let her nerves and all the talk get the best of her and while the refs seemed to favor Ambika over her and she felt like it was almost a waste of time trying so hard she would throw her all into the match and hope for the best. After all she didn't have anything to lose. Well in a sense she did because losing this match would put her at the bottom but Ambika had the title on the line and that was the important part. Addison wanted to feel important and it seemed that people would only give her the time of day if she was holding a title. It was all in the making.

The silk sheets felt good on Addison's bare legs. The night had brought a good sleep and now the sunlight was creeping in through the window of her apartment window. She had to be at the airport very soon, Addison curled up into a ball feeling Erik's arm draped over her stomach and smiled as she opened her eyes. She could feel the breath coming from Erik's mouth on her neck and she etched forward turning around to look at a sound asleep Erik. She kissed him on the forehead and slipped out of his grasps. He turned around as she did, she slid to the end of the bed letting her feet touch the floor. The wooden floor beneath her feet was cold she took a second before getting to her feet. She tip toed towards the bathroom. She stepped onto the tile of the bathroom slowly closing the door behind her so as not to wake Erik. She then turned towards the shower going over to it and turning it on. She let the water run so that it could get hott. She began to take off her clothing letting it just fall to the floor. She checked the water with her hand and then quickly stepped into the shower. She began to wash her hair, it wasn't long before Addison had been taken back into the 5th grade. The teacher looked to her with a grin, it was almost like the grin of a clown scary but inviting. The teacher cracked the ruler on the desk beside her. It held a candy apple red apple on it and the apple shook as the ruler smacked it. The teacher then paced back and forth for a second. She stopped abruptly turning to look into Addison's eyes.

Teacher; Addison, what are your goals?

The teacher continued to smile at Addison who sat in a child's desk. She looked confused and she looked scared. The dreams she had been having were far out of the ordinary, I suppose that's what happens when you go up against Ambika Renton. Addison swallowed the tears that welled up inside of her throat and then all of the sudden there was almost a clearing of her mind. It was like a summer breeze that had been inhaled and relaxed her. She sat up straight realizing what her true goal was, one that was so very obvious.

Addison Sky; My goal is to prove myself.

Teacher; Explain.

The tone of the teacher was harsh, a tone that would make some shiver with fear but not Addison she had found her center. She simply grinned at the dark haired teacher. The thick curls of her hair were pulled back in a tight bun that matched her tight skirt suit. The teacher smacked a ruler into her hand threatening Addison with consequences for wrong answers. However in this case Addison couldn't give a wrong answer looking into her face you couldn't even tell that teacher existed.

Addison Sky; I want people to see me for who I am and see that I'm better than what each and every one of them suspects. I say things like this often and that's because no one seems to understand that I'm going the distances that some don't see during their careers. My goal is to call myself a two time Bloodsport champion. What's yours?

A dark light covered the teachers face as Addison's voice echoed off the walls of the confined room. A red light then snapped onto the teacher who glared at the floor. She then looked up to show Ambika's face on the oddly shaped head. Addison narrowed her eyes getting more confused by the second.

Miss Renton; My goal is to stop you from achieving your goal.

Ambika laughed loudly as Addison stared towards her. It was obvious that Addison wasn't up for hearing it once again. Hearing that someone wanted to stand in the way that there were obstacles. There would always be things to overcome and Addison planned to do that much with grace. She looked straight into the eyes of Miss Renton. The blank stare on her face showed no fear.

Addison Sky; Good luck with that.

Addison smiled.

Miss Renton; Oh Addison...Addison...Addison.

Erik White; Addison! Are you in there?

Addison opened her eyes coughing loudly as she choked on the water in the shower. She had fallen asleep in the shower, she rubbed her eyes getting the water out of them.

Addison Sky; Yeah I'm in here!

Addison reached forward turning off the shower. She widened her eyes making sure that she was wide awake. She reached out from the shower and grabbed the towel beside the shower wrapping it around her body not thinking about drying herself off. Erik finally made his way into the bathroom.

Addison Sky; What are you doing!?

Erik laughed a little bit at Addison as she looked at him water dripping down to the floor.

Erik White; I was making sure that you were still alive, you've been in there forever.

Addison Sky; I fell asleep.

Erik looked surprised.

Erik White; How the hell did you manage that?

Addison laughed a little bit shrugging her shoulders.

Addison Sky; I have no clue, but I had another weird dream about Exodus.

Erik White; What movie was it this time?

Erik snickered a little bit poking fun at Addison. She shook her head.

Addison Sky; No it was a memory almost except Ambika was my 5th grade teacher it was so queer. She asked my what my goal was and of course I said to prove myself by winning the Bloodsport championship and be a two-time champion. It's the most important thing to me right now and it won't stay off my mind. Everything I do leads me back to thinking about the match and it's tomorrow. I need to get myself together or this is going to turn out horribly.

Addison shook her head rubbing her eyes. Erik made his way towards her lifting up her head and planting a kiss on her lips she smiled.

Erik White; Babe, listen you have nothing to prove, and you have yourself together when you're that focused on the match that you can't stop dreaming about it that's when you know you have it together. You're turning good into bad just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Addison smiled nodding her head. He kissed her again.

Addison Sky; Always keeping me grounded, that's what I keep you around for. Almost forgot.

Addison laughed a little as she winked at Erik. He laughed sarcastically with her.

Erik White; I know, and you can't stop doubting yourself.

Addison Sky; It isn't doubt, it's constructive critisism. I just know my flaws and I know what I need to work on and I focus on that stuff. It's just mistaken for doubt sometimes.

Erik nodded his head.

Erik White; Right-o.

Addison smiled at Erik as he pulled her closer.

Addison Sky; Get out of here I need to get dressed.

Addison shooed Erik. He shut the bathroom door and Addison turned her attention to the mirror in front of her. The mist that had covered the mirror a few seconds ago was gone and she stared at herself. When Addison stared into her eyes she saw something much different than others did. Other people saw a pretty girl with big dreams and that was it. When Addison looked into her own eyes she saw her heart. She saw the drive that made her who she was and the passion that completed her. It wasn't about being different or being able to say a poem for the crowd it was about her character, the responsibility, the respectfulness. Addison was a person of character and a person willing and able to better herself everyweek. She was a champion in the making almost, maybe she gained the championship too fast in her first run but she was much more ready this time for the task at hand. Addison would go in confident like she always would but the difference this time would be that she would go in with no fear of mistakes. Cause everyone makes mistakes and although in the wrestling business they call for very few she was allowed a least one. Addison wasn't scared of what was going to happen and that was the difference between this match and the match at Night of Champions. Maybe people were sick of seeing Addison verse Ambika but this match was going to be better than the rest. Hopefully for both competitors. Addison drew in a breath through her nose and out through her mouth. She continued looking on at herself in the mirror. She wasn't sure what the next day would bring but she knew it would be good in the long run. She had a good feud with Ambika and each time they met was better than the next. Addison wasn't looking for revenge she was simply looking for an second chance. Ambika had gotten hers and now it was Addison's turn, and nothing was going to slip through her fingers this time.
