OOC: hello

xxRENEWED
There was an old story that many knew something about, it was a story told of a girl named cinderella. She had all the grace in the world and on top of that she was a pretty nice girl. She kept quiet for the most part but when it came to things she wanted she didn't hold back. In the story she got the prince that many wanted for themselves. Addison could see herself as a cinderella of sorts. People didn't think much of her but she would sneek up and get the thing every girl wanted, the bloodsport championship. Unsuspecting people would laugh at even the thought of Addison as the champion once again, but there was a story waiting to be told there and she would be the renewed Cinderella. One that would show the world the true meaning of it. Coming from nothing and making herself into something bigger and better than before. Addison wasn't going to stop at simply being a champion one time she wanted to feel the glow of the light on her face again as she is announced as the Bloodsport champion. She wanted to hear the fans screaming her name and wanted to hold the title in her hands once again and have it truly belong to her. It wasn't just a passion, or a drive or a want. Addison felt this from the top of her head to the tip of her toes and letting herself down wasn't something that lyed in the cards for her. This day was her's and this day would be the day of renewed beauty, renewed power and passion. It was Addison's own Cinderella story and she would make damn sure that it strayed away from a fairy tale and became the reality that she hoped for it to be.

The door to the diva's locker room opened up and Addison Sky pushed her way through. It had started to become routine for her to come in and out of the large doors of the arena and then make her way towards where ever the women's locker room was that day she loved it though. It was her dream being revealed before her eyes. There was only one thing missing, that thing was of course the championship that she would be fighting for that night. The locker room wasn't bare though like normal when she arrived, it was busling with many people some were apart of the superstar showcase.

OOC: hello, not sure if you're using Neanne in the superstar showcase but eh.

There was an old story that many knew something about, it was a story told of a girl named cinderella. She had all the grace in the world and on top of that she was a pretty nice girl. Addison felt this from the top of her head to the tip of her toes and letting herself down wasn't something that lied in the cards for her. This day was her's and this day would be the day of renewed beauty, renewed power and passion. It was Addison's own Cinderella story and she would make damn sure that it strayed away from a fairy tale and became the reality that she hoped for it to be. Exodus would be the ball and Ambika would be the evil step mother left in the dust of it all while Addison rode off with the Bloodsport championship in tow and all the pride in herself that came with that much.

The locker room wasn't bare though like normal when she arrived, it was bustling with many people some were apart of the superstar showcase. Addison almost felt out of place looking at all of the women that were trying so hard to become divas in the CPW. At the same time she felt very much at home. She was just like those girls, the only difference was that she was an actual diva and had the training it took to truly call herself one. She felt just like them though in the sense that she was vying for the right amount of attention and the right amount of recognition. Addison pushed her way through the women trying to get ready for the upcoming ppv. She made her way to the locker that had her name pasted above it. She set her things down in it she could feel the eyes resting on her as she turned around though they had moved. She laughed softly. People felt bad for Addison it wasn't something that was a secret. She didn't mind it though, they just didn't know what they were being sympathetic about. They seemed to think 'Poor Addison she wants it so bad but will never get it'. Maybe they were right, but Addison wasn't about to prove them right. She had lost once and that wasn't going to keep her out forever. She was ready to get back into the game and do what was necessary to get back what was her's.

Addison Sky; Is there something I can help you with?

Addison was directing her question to a girl that was apart of the superstar showcase. She was on the shorter side and she had an awkward smirk plastered onto her face.

Wanna-be Diva; You're Addison Sky?

Addison looked back to where her name was pasted above the locker and she then turned back to the girl with a smile.

Addison Sky; I guess that's me yeah, you are?

Wanna-be Diva; Neanne Glass.

Neanne pushed her hand forward meeting Addison's the two shook hands and Neanne pulled away quickly. Addison rose her eyebrow a little confused.

Addison Sky; So was there a reason you were staring at me or..

Neanne Glass; Oh yeah, just wanted to see if it was really you. I've never seen you in person before and I just wanted to make sure I was looking into the eyes of the woman who can't seem to pull it off.

Addison laughed a little bit. She wasn't one to love drama but she wasn't going to stop from egging this fight on, she needed something to get her ready for her match after all.

Addison Sky; Miss Glass you're rather niave. You see that's why you're not a diva you're just a wanna-be that's okay though because when I do win my match tonight and I very much plan to do that you're going to be the one feeling like you just can't pull it off. So before you speak next time why don't you think about the fact that you really know nothing about this business and you probably will never get your real chance at the bloodsport championship so no matter what, as hard as you try you won't be what I am today and that's not a good thing.

Addison smiled politely like she normally would and winked towards the now wide eyed Neanne Glass. She felt empowered and renewed just as she should. Her phone vibrated in her pocket and she quickly grabbed it seeing that Neanne had nothing more to say. She put her phone to her ear.

Addison Sky; Hey babe.

Addison smiled as it was obvious that her boyfriend was on the other line.

Addison Sky; I'll be out in a second.

Addison hung up the phone shoving it back into her pocket. She turned her attention to Neanne once again.

Addison Sky; Thanks for the chat, hope to see you in that ring.

Addison walked past Neanne and towards the door. Before she could reach the door though it swung open. Ambika Renton walked through holding her bag over one shoulder and her bloodsport championship over the other. For a brief second the two locked eyes. It was almost as if it ran in slow motion. Addison's heart was practically pumping out of her chest and she didn't breath. She had her eyes locked in on the one thing she wanted most in the world. She had always told herself she didn't need a title to validate who she was as a wrestler, but...ah it would look so very nice over her shoulder. The second past and Ambika had turned her attention forward and Addison had followed her lead. Addison stepped out into the hallway. Erik grabbed her arm before she could walk off in the wrong direction.

Erik White; Over here.

Erik put his arm over Addison's shoulder.

Addison Sky; What are you doing?

Erik White; I have officially joined the roster of the CPW.

Addison smiled.

Addison Sky; That's great. I need to get ready for my match though, I just ran into Ambika actually tense..

Erik White; Yeah I saw her walking in actually it looked like bad news.

Erik shrugged his shoulders.

Addison Sky; I need to get ready this match is so important Erik I need to win.

Erik White; Yes Addy, you need the win I get it.

Erik had a joking tone.

Addison Sky; I just hate thinking that things won't go my way in this match it's dreadful to know your fate before it happens. The thing is that I'm so worried about winning the title that I've completely lost focus on just doing well. I mean that's what this is about right, about being in the place that I feel the most comfortable in. I feel so at home in that ring and I never wanted anything more than to have this career. Winning that title turned everything around for me though and it got me involved. It's like my dreams are lying in the hands of someone else and that absolutely kills me. I mean I have to watch Ambika as she actually gets the chance to live my dream and they don't even consider me for the shows. I need the title to keep my career in the CPW alive or they're just going to continue to overlook me. God I sound like a whiny bitch but that's how much I want the title.

Erik nodded his head he had heard it before from Addison, in fact that's what she talked about for the most part. When her heart was in something it was in it for the long run and she didn't think about anything else but what was going to happen and what was at stake. He kissed her on the head as they walked down the hallway. They walked out into an open area that had a line of superstars. They walked over to where food was being served.

Erik White; You know that you should just look at what you want to be in the future not what you want right here and now.

Addison Sky; I know, but I need to live in the here and now not in the future. Not to mention the fact that in the future I want to be seen as an icon no just the girl who couldn't get it done.

Erik nodded his head as the two of them continued picking out food. They walked out from the line finding a place to sit.

Erik White; Addy you are so good at what you do, you should believe that.

Addison Sky; I believe it. I just need to push myself and I'm going to tonight no matter what. Cause Ambika is going to bring everything and I need to do that too. I'm not just doing everything to stack up to her though I'm just trying to be me and make it like that but the problem is people around here don't think that's good enough. You know what though who cares really. I'm who I am and maybe that person is a champion. In fact I know that person is a champion.

Addison smiled.

Erik White; That's my girl.

Erik smiled at leaned over kissing Addison. She smiled and took a drink of her water.

Addison Sky; I need to get ready for the match though for real.

Erik White; We'll go out for a celebration dinner after your match.

Addison smiled.

Addison Sky; Yeah lets hope.

Erik White; Just celebrate you putting up a good fight it isn't always about winning.

Addison got up from the table nodding her head. She picked up her water and walked away from the table.
