Hadley saw a bright future ahead of herself in GWE. It was exactly where she wanted to be, more than anything. She had, for the longest time, wanted to spread herself to a different company to find one that she could be even better in and she saw that in GWE. She saw an opportunity to prove that she was just as good as people made her out to be that there were no true flaws in her system. She was going to prove her worth to each and every person and it would have to be all that hard. After all there wasn't much coming at her from other people. She hadn't yet gotten the chance to face any of her opponents in the battle royal, she had heard of a couple of them though it didn't help any though. Hadley was a woman that thought a lot about herself but there was always a reason for it this would just give her one more reason to call herself the best. There wasn't anyone that could prove her differently, sure she had a few losses to her global record but GWE was a fresh start and she sure as hell wasn't going to start her new career off with a loss that just wasn't her style at all. Her style was winning all the time and she was going to start off impressive, then again she couldn't help but to be impressive it was simply in her nature. Most looked at Hadley and got jealous, not only did she had the talent but she had the looks to go with it. They would talk their trash like only the dumb bitches knew how and they would attempt to crack jokes at Hadley's expense but there was no possible way they could show up the one and only Hadley Harper. She had a solid background now and she wasn't going down just yet she was ready to reach her peak once again, she was ready to show that success follows her. After all it wasn't all that hard for her to reach the top, she simply had to lift her pinky and the rest of the compeition ran in fear. That was the good thing about being Hadley Harper. Hadley looked straight into the eyes of Eve Guerrero, there had been a quarl that had started. Hadley kept her hands at her sides not moving but instead simply staring. It seemed as if there wasn't going to be any talk as the dramatic music continued to play. Finally Eve looked away, turning her attention to the ground as she turned away from Hadley. Eve picked at her finger nails before taking a seat on the couch. She then looked up to Hadley who had by now moved a little further away, her arms crossed sitting right above her belly button. Eve Guerrero; I don't get it though, how? Why would you do this? Eve's voice sounded desperate but the look on Hadley's face made it clear that she had no sympathy. Hadley shrugged her shoulders slightly. Hadley Harper; I can't help it Eve, it just happens. I can't help it sometimes you know? I really didn't want to have to do it but there was no way to avoid it. Eve shook her head and stood up with authority. Eve Guerrero; No! You could've stopped, you're just being selfish! Hadley narrowed her eyebrows moving closer to Eve. Hadley Harper; I am not being selfish, you are! You're the one that can't be happy for my success! You're the one that doesn't understand what it's like to always be the best. You are the one that is jealous of me, because you could never do what I've done! Eve moved closer yet to Hadley sending a poke straight into Hadley's sternum. Eve Guerrero; You were jealous of me! That's why you're trying to upstage me right now! Now you get to go on and get your shot and I'm left in the dust with nothing. Hadley backed up for a second a smile rolling off her lips. Hadley Harper; So what else is new? Like you had a real career in the first place. What have you done besides suck off random guys. If they had a title for that..well besides a slut then you would be the champ..trust me. Eve Guerrero; What's that supposed to mean!? Hadley rose an eyebrow looking at Eve like she was stupid. Hadley Harper; Uh..you're a slut that's what that means. You can't possibly expect to get anywhere by wasting your time walking around the area bumping into people. Why are you in the arena all the time anyways? Don't wanna have to go work the streets, just gonna keep all the business together? Don't answer that actually. The point is that you couldn't have won, because the people that win are REAL beauty queens not trashy bitches like yourself. So why don't you just back-off and accept that you don't stand a chance. Hadley shrugged her shoulders keeping her eyes on Eve as she broke down into tears. Hadley shook her head. Hadley Harper; Exactly..you're weak, that's cute. Wait remind me again what your name is. Eve looked up to her, tears running down her face. Eve Guerrero; How can you not know? It's Eve Guerrero, Eddie was my father. Hadley gave her an odd look raising her eyebrow. Hadley Harper; Right...I'm sure you are. Hadley winked at Eve. |
