•?/FONT>I HAVE A DREAM
Hadley Harper had shown FWAR what she was made of in her "debut" match on Mayhem winning the battle royal and earning herself the number one contendership for the women's championship. Not only that but she had been stirring up controversy by challenging newcomer and Hadley's former co-worker Zach Halo to have a meaner attitude. Yes, Hadley was on the fast track to success in FWAR and her first true test would come on Terror when she would go for the cruiserweight championship against Brandon O'Cleary. Things were happening fast for Hadley but she could careless, that's the type of push that she needed. Hadley never liked to have a slow lifestyle in fact that was one of the things she hated most about jumping around from promotion to promotion trying to find her fit, they never gave her enough of a chance or enough motivation to be all she could. FWAR was different though, they had that "anything is possible" attitude and although Hadley had always thought that, since OCW she had never really done it. Hadley was living her dream once again though and part of that dream would entail racking up numerous championships at the expense of those less talented than her, which were many. People may wonder where the confidence comes from with Hadley, and she would answer in many different forms, it could be because of her title reigns. Or perhaps the fact that she is forever known as a hall of famer in what was once the most prestigious promotion on the MSN circuit. Or maybe it was the fact that she had one on one training with some of the most talented and innovative wrestlers in the sport at the time. Yes, Hadley was living her dream and there wasn't a second of it that she regretted, part of that was due to the fact that she had been so successful and honestly how could someone like Hadley Harper regret success. It was however only the beginning and she was a year into her professional career and looking better than ever. Hadley would become the cruiserweight champion, she didn't care at what expense, and then on Mayhem she would prove to be even better by taking the women's championship away from Jasmine Sweet. She had everything in her grasp and at this point there was no looking back.

"I don't know.." Hadley wrinkled her nose a bit as she looked around the rather large empty apartment. A smug looking man in a suit stood to her right with a fake grin plastered on his face and to her left stood a clean cut man with his hands in his pockets. "Ross?" She looked over to the man who has his hands shoved in his pockets.

"Hadley, it's whatever you want. I think this one looks nice, just like I thought the last twenty looked nice. This one is by far the most expensive though." Ross shrugged his shoulders looking at Hadley. She nodded her head.

"Yeah, I know it is but that's okay. I will be getting a double raise soon...hopefully and you are going to open the club. We have the money Ross." Hadley shrugged her shoulders. Ross nodded his head in agreement. "I like it. It's close to Heather and Nick and it's close to the arena. What do you think?" Hadley looked back to Ross.

"Like I said it's whatever you want. I know you need this so you can feel more comfortable with the company. So it's whatever you want babe." Ross nodded his head. "Hey Jim, do you think you can give us a little time?" Ross looked to the real estate agent who nodded and made his way out of the apartment. "Do you really want this? I mean we've looked at a ton, are you just settling?" Hadley shrugged her shoulders.

"Seriously Ross, tomorrow night I'm going to win the cruiserweight championship and on Friday I'll get the women's championship. We don't need to worry about the money." Ross gave Hadley a look of impatience. "Ross, I know this isn't a sure thing, but really I know I can do this, there are no doubts in my mind that both of those titles will come home with me. I don't want to have to take a four hour flight to get home though it's wearing me down. Ross, I know what I'm doing, you know I know what I'm doing." Hadley had stepped closer to Ross placing her hand on his chest as she wrapped her other arm around his waist she stood on her tip toes kissing him. She then went back down onto her feet looking at him with a smile and he couldn't help but to give one back.

"You are very persuasive." He leaned down to kiss Hadley once again. She smiled. "Oh, and I know you can do this. You're the best around. That's why I married you." Hadley laughed. "Seriously, you think i wanna marry a loser?" Ross laughed at his own sarcasm as Hadley pushed him playfully. Jim then stuck his head back into the room the cheesy grin still stuck on his face.

"Are you two done then?" Ross and Hadley looked to Jim and nodded their heads.

"Yes Jim we want this one." Hadley looked back to Ross with a grin. "Oh and Jim just think, you'll be able to tell all your friends that you sold a penthouse apartment to FWAR's soon to be Cruiserweight and Women's champion." Hadley smiled as she kissed Ross again.

"I have a dream..." The words spoken came from a familiar voice, that of Hadley Harper. The black screen faded up to show her. "I have a dream that someday FWAR will have respectable champions. Champions that refuse to lose, and champions that are talented. It seems to me at this point they are missing a few of those respectable champions. It seems to me that FWAR has a lot of trash to be picked up, a lot of people that have given nothing but a bad name to titles that I hope to someday hold. Tomorrow though, on Terror I will get the chance to take one of those titles, a title that should've been in my grasps anyways. The cruiserweight championship. Now honestly I don't know a lot about the champion, Brenden O'Cleary? Really the name means absolutely nothing to me. From what I can tell due to his previous promos though he's nothing but a pathetic...generic...nobody." Hadley let the words sting as a grin spread on her face "Hell Brenden you can't even speak correctly, hell you barely even speak I don't know how you are expected to be a decent champion when you can't even get in front of a camera and cut a decent damn promo. Instead you ramble on about how you hate everyone blah blah blah. Tell me something I don't know. Tell me something unique." Hadley took a second giggling to herself. "Oh wait, do you know what that is? Do you know what the word unique is? It's being different coming up with something new. Something that you seem completely incapable of doing. I know you think your little "I'm dark and scary" act is something new but it's been done far too many times before. You think by saying you are a loner that makes you different? Well dear look at me. I don't need a soul and honestly before I got to FWAR I didn't even THINK about aligning myself with anyone, because I can do it myself. The reason I'm getting involved with Zach Halo's career, is to push him, push him to greater heights than you can even imagine, because he can, because I can. You, Brenden, you are talentless, you can't even begin to measure up to what I am. You can talk...or think all the shit that you want but it will mean nothing when we step into that ring. You might have won that Cruiserweight championship when we first met but that was nothing but luck...really...nothing but luck. Cause trust me, given a real opportunity I deliver like you will never know. Or will you? You see battle royals were never my thing Brenden, obviously I do well at them though, but they were never my thing. It's much more respectable to win a title in one on one match, there is complete focus and there is a better opportunity to show off what you're able to do. That's one reason why you got away the first time with that title, the sheer luck of it being a battle royal. Me though, I can win a singles match, something I highly doubt you'll be able to do against someone with talent like me." Hadley grinned.

"I am waiting though, for you to speak, for you to cut some sort of promo. I mean I've heard of people being intimidated by me, but you? The man who claims to hate everyone? You wouldn't think a guy like that would back down so quickly, doesn't surprise me all that much though. You're one of those people, the type that talk big and when they're faced with a real challenge they run away like a scared little dog. It's a good idea though, trust me. Save yourself the embarrassment of only holding that title for one week. Of not being able to back up your original talk. I back up everything I say Brenden and I fully expect you to do the same. However, as I said before if you're intimidated that's just fine..I'd expect it from a coward." Hadley chuckled to herself shaking her head. "After all, you aren't the only one that is going to be intimidated by me, you just wait Mr. O'Cleary, you'll see how Jasmine Sweet reacts to me in our match on Mayhem where she will lose her women's championship. Although the set up is an extremely trashy match..what do you expect from a girl like her right?" Hadley let out another grin. "Tomorrow isn't about her or that title though, it's about you and your title Brenden. It's about me winning my first FWAR championship, it's about me making it into the history books. You are going to be that first step Brenden, so for one night why don't you come out from that shell you're under and show me some damn respect by showing up, so I don't have to have that title handed to me, although even if you do show up I'm sure it'll be just as easy." Hadley let out another giggle. "Long story short Brenden, I have a dream to bring prestige to the cruiserweight championship, a prestige that you lack. And when I have a dream I try my damnedest to accomplish it and this will be no different, you will be NO different. I will take that title from you and I will show you what being a champion really means." Hadley's face turned serious as she rose an eyebrow looking into the camera for a few seconds before pushing it away.
