Heather Mackenzie had lost her match against Addison Cole...how you ask? Well who the hell knows! For some reason Heather kept getting screwed over and losing to people that she was so obviously better than. She wasn't going to claim that the loss never happened but she sure as hell wasn't going to say that Addison was better than her because it simply wasn't true and if she got the chance she would do the same thing to Addison as she did to Stephanie when she asked for her rematch, she would WIN. It was confusing to Heather why there was so much doubt surrounding her beating Stephanie at Road Wild when she had proved that she could beat her already. This was the "tie breaker" and more than that it was her chance to get a shot at the women's championship. In fact the doubt made Heather sick, how could people for a second think that someone with such little talent like Stephanie Starrett beat someone that is amazing, talented, beautiful, and much much more like Heather Mackenzie. How could a girl that doesn't know how to say anything but "bitch" and "queen" beat Heather Mackenzie? It was incredibly hard for Heather to wrap her mind around, but then again it gave her more of a reason to beat Stephanie for the number one contender spot. Heather wasn't used to having people doubt her and she certainly wasn't used to having to prove herself but she wasn't against proving people wrong. Heather had somewhat been cast back into the shadows in WCW, Nick had taken the fore front. He very well should've too he was an extremely talented person, but what Heather didn't understand was how no one could see her obvious talent when they had seen Nick's. That would change though, it would start with winning the contendership and then she would win the women's championship. This was just the start.

Heather clasped her hands together as she looked around. She hated going to family functions but apparently it was something that "needed to be done" according to her mother. Heather looked around as little kids ran around her and she gave them a look of disgust. She let out an annoyed sigh rolling her eyes. She then looked over seeing Nick walking towards her. She smiled happy to see him. He handed her a beer and kissed her cheek. She took a drink of it.

Heather Mackenzie; You have no idea how much I needed this

Heather took another drink of it and shook her head as she watched one of the kids push another into the mud and both began to cry.

Heather Mackenzie; By the way I've already decided we're never having kids, even after we're married.

Heather gave a look of disgust and Nick let off a grin.

Nick Slater; Who said I wanted to marry you?

Heather looked over to Nick with her eyebrow raised as he chuckled to himself.

Heather Mackenzie; You know you're going to marry me, you couldn't live without me. Plus who else could handle your ego like me?

Nick Slater; My ego? Okay yeah I have a big one, but what about yours? All you've been whining about lately is how fans think Stephanie is going to win at Road Wild. Boo Hoo she beat you, Addison "no talent" Cole beat you, why else would they think that?

Heather looked at Nick almost in shock.

Heather Mackenzie; God you are such an asshole Nicholas. I didn't do well last week, we all can't be as great as THEE Nicholas Slater! Besides apparently you and everyone else forgot that I beat her when I said I would, remember?

Heather couldn't help but to roll her eyes. It seemed that no one cared to pay attention these days to the people that were truly important like Heather Mackenzie. They all seemed to have their eyes on talentless little twats like Addison Cole and Stephanie Starrett...pathetic

Nick Slater; You know what I think? I think people just can't stand to watch beautiful people succeed in life, because that is another thing that they do better. Everyone knows you're definitely more beautiful than Stephanie, it causes jealousy you know? They don't want to admit that you are much better than her in every way.

Nick shrugged his shoulders after stating his case. Heather then leaned closer to him wrapping her arms around his waist and his arm fell into place on her shoulder.

Heather Mackenzie; You know what I think? I think that you're right. I also think that I am going to beat Stephanie Starrett and it's going to be anything but difficult for me. Then again I'm sure you already knew that. After all you and I are apparently the only good judges of talent in WCW, everyone else is a worthless piece of trash.

The words were harsh, but somehow it all seemed normal to Heather and Nick. It could've been because they were two of the most conceited people you'd ever meet or it could've been because they were two of the meanest more judgmental people you would ever meet either way though they knew how to rip into someone and Heather had no trouble with doing that to Stephanie Starrett.

Heather had finally gotten out of her family event and was going to do something she rarely did, cut a real promo. The sound of it was disgusting to her, it was simply a chance to get her feelings out there though and when it came to Stephanie Starrett she had a lot of those for some reason. So there she stood looking into the camera in the ever so generic dim lit room. She had narrowed her eyes almost as if she was glaring at the camera. She situated herself pushing all her weight onto her left hip and holding her hand on it.

Heather Mackenzie; I have been in the entertainment business for quite sometime now and I have never left a customer unsatisfied, which is why I am completely confused on how you people find Stephanie Starrett to be entertaining. I mean look at me! I am everything that anyone would ever need, I'm beauty, brains, and more talent than the entire roster can handle. I've worked my whole life to perfect everything I do and to make sure that I'm the best thing out there and honestly I can't say that I've failed to do so. Many of you look at me and see a bitch, someone that is just out for the win and can't control her ego...and maybe you're right, I could be all of those things and I don't regret that, I don't deny that. What I really am though is a winner, I've always been the best in my field no matter what it was. I can always make people watch me and I can always keep a person entertained. You see Stephanie Starrett, she's a bunch of empty promises, empty threats really. She says the same old generic bullshit every time there is a camera in front of her. She claims to be the queen, really original, she claims that she is the single best female wrestler, something said by every other female wrestler on the planet. So tell me really how the hell you find that entertaining, because I get bored just wrestling her. She has nothing to offer like I do, she's got nothing to offer just like the rest of the women's division here. I'm not going to back down and say that I haven't been beat by some of the other women but I will say that if given the opportunity to go up against each one of them again I could still pull off a victory, even if it was all of them against me. I know I might be a little bit cocky and arrogant sometimes...or all the time but I don't just do that because I think that's how a "diva" should act. I do it because that's who I am. I do it because my whole life has been about being the best and winning for me. Road Wild is the chance for me to show that to all of you since most of you can't seem to understand just how great I am. It's like you're all a bunch of mentally retarded kids, you can't focus on what's really good or what's really happening because you don't understand it. Then again maybe Nick was right. He sees it just as I do, a bunch of jealous little no bodies looking to do something that will make them seem to be the same caliber. News flash, you guys will never be as good as Heather Mackenzie and Nicholas Slater. It's impossible actually.

Heather got a smug grin on her face as she crossed her arms balancing her weight out as she kept her eyes focused on the camera.

Heather Mackenzie; Another thing I've seen from you monkeys is the fact that you like to believe in pathetic heros, people like Athena and Lucas Riggs. People that have no talent, people that only know how to be one thing and never EVER anything more than that one demential thing. That's why you guys want to believe that Stephanie Starrett is going to beat me, you want to think that people like yourself are going to continue to be the best in this place, I understand that. I understand that you don't want to see someone such as myself succeed because I'm not like you, however as much as you don't want it to happen..it will. I am going to be the women's champion soon enough, hell maybe I won't even stop there, maybe I'll win other championships soon too, I could do it I just need to get the chance. Stephanie, you know what your fate is, you know that you're going to go into Road Wild and lose your match, you know it just as well as anyone else. I doubt you'll admit to that, because you're having so much smoke blown up your ass you can't even comprehend what people would say if you admitted to me being better than you. You know what's funny to me, how people are putting you so high up on a pedestal because you beat me once, the seem to have forgotten something, me beating you. Me beating you when I said I could beat you. When you beat me I was off my game, but when I actually care about a match, and trust me I care about this one, I will win. Don't just take my word for it though, look back every match that I've ever ACTUALLY talked about, that i've said I was going to win, I did. That won't stop now, as much as I'm sure you would love it to. So be prepared, this is more than a tie-breaker, but you know that already don't you. You realize what's at steak and even more so you realize what is going to slip straight through your fingers. I bet you're wishing to go up against some skeeze with no talent, after all is that the only way you can be successful?

Heather couldn't help but to chuckle a little at her own joke. She composed herself quickly.

Heather Mackenzie; As for Athena and Addison Cole, I don't give a shit who wins that match, it doesn't matter for me who is the champion because either way after Road Wild I'm going to get my shot and become the champ. It's all just a matter of time whether anyone likes it or not. Heather Mackenzie is the future of WCW. This is a new era in WCW and it will belong to one women...me!

Heather tilted her head down a little bit looking into the camera with an evil grin. The scene then faded.
