Out.Of.Character.Comment; I am super bored, so I thought i'd get started. It's short but meh it's just a start.
Kit Black felt like her little world had been turned upside down. She was in complete shock still over her match last week. How the hell did someone with as little talent as Jeffrina Baxter beat her!? Kit still couldn't comprehend but she wasn't going to bitch, she wasn't going to complain she was simply going to roll with the punches and hope for something to come around that she could redeem herself with. Lucky for her that would come sooner rather than later. Kit would get her opportunity to redeem just one week later against the new Bytch Champion Breanna Black. Kit knew that Breanna had talent, after all she knocked White Trash off of her pedestal something many people failed to do. This wasn't just an opportunity for redemption though it was a chance for Kit to prove to herself that she was good enough. She had gone through weeks of winning against the likes of DSL and then failed to compare to the likes of Jeffrina Baxter? She had been thrown for a loop and now this week she would put her own mind to the test. She didn't care about what other people were looking at or if this possible win would put her in title contention, she needed a win more so to prove to herself that she deserved the match in the first place that she should still be in wrestling. Sure it seemed extreme that one match would take that toll on her but Kit was that kind of person. She was a person that never thought losing was an option it was only a weakness and she didn't want that type of a weakness. She knew losses would come in her career but she wanted to avoid them as much as possible and from now on she would do that. She would start again with this match, this important and opportunistic match against Breanna Black. She would pick up the pieces from her loss last week.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!�?/FONT> Kit’s loud scream thundered through the small apartment. She fell back onto the couch in a powerful fashion breathing hard and seeming quite upset. Out from the bathroom came Zach Halo a look of concern painted across his face as he looked at Kit who seemed to be in some sort of ill mental state.
“What the hell was that for?�?/FONT> Zach looked to her and she kept her gaze on the floor. He had never seen her like this, no one had actually it was apart of her that she wanted to keep away. She wasn’t crazy or anything that was for sure but she certainly had a way of taking many things to heart and she would beat herself up if she messed anything up. She finally looked to Zach.
“I have a match against Breanna Black.�?/FONT> The words seemed desperate and hallow as she spoke them. She shook her head and Zach rose an eyebrow not certain as to why that was a bad thing.
“Kit that’s good, don’t you know what that could mean for your career if you beat her?�?/FONT> Kit looked to Zach and nodded her head.
“I know what it could do for my career Zach, but do I really deserve it. Jeffrina FUCKING Baxter, Miss jobber herself beat me last week. How do you think that makes me look? Horrible! How could I possible even come close to beating someone that actually has talent when I can’t even beat the worthless people around here? Can you tell me that?�?/FONT> Kit’s words were demanding in a sense, more powerful than she had ever sounded. Zach shrugged his shoulders and began to walk towards Kit dragging his feet as he did.
“Kit, you are good. You had a down week, hell I’ve lost two matches and it’s fine. You have to look at it like you’re getting a better chance this time, almost a second chance.�?/FONT> Zach took a seat next to Kit and placed his arm around her shoulders. She leaned down and he held her close. “You’re gonna be fine.�?/FONT> Kit wrapped her arms around him.
“You better be right. If I can get a guy like you, the negative one to say that it has to be true.�?/FONT> Kit let out an awkward giggle.
“Exactly�?/FONT> Zach replied. Kit let out a sigh hugging Zach tighter.
“I don’t know what’s gotten into me lately. I guess I just took that loss really hard. I thought I had it and it just fell through my hands. I feel like if I made one different move things could’ve turned out in my favor.�?/FONT> She shrugged her shoulders. “I guess I have to let it go though, that was last week and I have a bigger more important challenge in front of me, right?�?/FONT>
“Right.�?/FONT> Zach kissed the top of Kit’s head and it lead to a smile spreading on her face.
“I don’t know what I’d do without you here. I mean I have Tani, who I know is your favorite person but you keep me grounded you know that.�?/FONT> Kit looked up to Zach and they smiled at each other. Kit set back looking at Zach. “I don’t know how I feel about Breanna Black. I don’t know anything about her.�?/FONT>
“Besides that she’s the Bytch champion?�?/FONT> Zach added. Kit nodded her head.
"Well yes there is that, but that's the obvious. I have obvious reasons for wanting to beat her. It would make me look good and it would hopefully do wonders for my career. That is assuming that if I did win the match wouldn't go over looked. I know BUD gives chances to the newer people, hell Tani got her chance early on in her BUD career, then again that was before GWE existed with in BUD. I liked it better on Monday Nights though, that's where I was most comfortable. I don't belong on GWE and neither do you. So we are both going to win our matches on Thursday and we are going to move to Monday's permanently, deal?" Kit nodded her head almost to reassure herself. Zach chuckled a little bit.
"Well that's quite the attitude change." Kit shrugged at the statement.
"My problem before wasn't facing Breanna, I am not scared of her. I'm more scared of what people will think about me getting this opportunity. I mean I know it's not for the title but everyone knows going up against the champion will make anyone look good if they win. I'm worried about not knowing her in ring skill and not doing well after what happened last week. However I also feel that I should allow this opportunity and my loss last week to push me more to want to win. You know all that jazz." Kit let out a little giggled and Zach looked at her wide-eyed.
"Okay Miss America" Zach laughed at his own dumb joke as Kit pushed him playfully. She giggled a little bit seeming a little bit more confident as the scene fades.
