•?/FONT>MY WORLD
Kit's career had been like a whirlwind lately, ever since her match at Moment of Silence she had been working her ass off almost non-stop. She wasn't complaining though, she liked it. She liked feeling that adrenaline rush through her veins every week, she loved living out her passion every single week. Last week Kit had showed a different side of herself, her temperamental side. She didn't like being told what to do and she certainly didn't like being paired with a person that thinks so little of his tag team partner. This week was a different story, this week Kit was going to once again go up against DSL, someone she had beat two times before. People had criticized her for her wins over DSL but she didn't care, she knew what she had done and if other people couldn't see that then they simply were trying to make excuses for it. Ever since her beginning in BUD people had been trying to tell her she wasn't good enough and she had constantly proved them wrong, this night would be no different. This night would not only give Kit the win she had been longing for since her loss at Moment of Silence, but it would give her another boost in her career. Perhaps people would start listening up when Kit beat DSL for a third time. When she beat the number one contender for the Heavyweight championship, for the third time. There were odds against her, there was no doubt about that, but Kit knew herself she knew that when she wanted something she was going to do whatever it took in order to obtain what it was that she wanted. She wanted to get another win over DSL and even more so she wanted to prove people wrong once again. She had taken on her motto and she would continue to live by it "I will overcome". It sounded like a sign that would go through a picket line, but what it meant to Kit was more, it meant that she was always going to be considered the underdog and it would never matter. It meant that it didn't matter to her who her opponent was, she was going to do her best to get a win and stay strong. It had always been a motto of hers, but BUD had brought it out to it's fullest, and maybe that wasn't a good thing but things certainly weren't looking bad for Kit at this point, she was ready, ready to win.

Kit held her hat down at her theighs. She looked down at it and then threw it into the bin as it went through the security check. Kit looked at the woman who was motioning for her to walk forward. If there was anything that Kit hated more than flying it would be getting to the point of flying. Security was rediculous. Sure somethings had happened in the past but what's the real point sometimes. She felt safe but she hated the process. Kit walked forward and the woman looked up and then quickly down to Kit placing her hand on her back sliding her weight to one side. Kit knew that wasn't good. She rolled her eyes shrugging her shoulders and walked towards the dark haired women.

Woman; Stick out your arms straight please.

Kit did as she was told unwillingly as the woman wanded her checking for something. Kit saw all her stuff coming out from the checker and watched all the people that were able to walk through with no problems Kit was that girl, the girl that always got stopped for the wrong reasons and was always stuck on the short end of things. Maybe that's why she liked wrestling because in wrestling even when considered the underdog, she was still the one that was getting the chances to dominate. Kit's mind wander off only for a second as the woman slammed Kit's arms back down to her sides. Kit looked a little confused at the rude woman.

Woman; I said, you're fine. Thank you.

The woman motioned for Kit to leave and she did it quickly. She grabbed her stuff out from the plastic bin that had been pushed all the way to the end by now. She watched as man got wanded by the same lady and shook her head. Kit made her way towards her gate. She had a slow walk she did everything carefully. It was an odd thing because everyone else in her family seemed to be faster with things. Kit looked around for the gate turning to her right after finding it. They had already started boarding, she was late...as usual. She walked towards the woman handing her the ticket. She ran it through a machine then handed the ticket back and Kit made her way through the hallway that led up to the plane. She stepped inside walked towards her seat. She finally found it and took her seat, right next to the window...perfect. She took in a deep breath and then let it out, a couple people looked at her weird and she looked back over to the plane. If it wasn't obvious to people now that she was afraid of flying then they must have been blind. Kit closed her eyes for a second then opened them back up, as she did something interesting came into view, a man walking onto the plane with a Zerek Lyle shirt on. Kit chuckled to herself. She knew BUD was a big company but it never crossed her mind until she saw things like that, it made a girl feel good to know she was apart of something like that. Quickly she looked out the window, she didn't want to cause a commotion if the guy saw who she was, and cared. She turned back to see the guy had taken a seat next to her. She turned back to the window. It wasn't long before she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around. As she did the guy's jaw dropped a little bit, his eyes widening.

Man; Oh shit! I thought it was you!

Kit nodded her head.

Man; I'm a fan...of BUD...well you too but overall I like everyone...well except Scott Addams. I guess he's gone now though. Was that planned? Or did he leave cause of you...well Gyspy too. Are you guys really friends? Are you gonna win the title at Devil's Night? Or are...

The kid was talking a mile a minute and Kit stopped trying to keep up. Finally she cut him off.

Kit Black; Okay first off, I can't tell you any of that. Second off glad that you're a fan. I'm actually on my way to West Virginia for the show tomorrow night. Another amazing battle between myself and DSL.

The guy nodded his head, almost in approval. He then rose an eyebrow looking back to her.

Man; Wait, how many times is that? Wait, I bet it's all apart of something. So are you going to win?

Kit Black; Well I hope so, if I don't that subjects me to being told my first wins were possible flukes. Not to mention me getting a win over the contender for the heavyweight championship would be pretty damn cool, wouldn't you say?

The man nodded his head. Why was she talking to this fan about all of this though? He probably thought he had professional wrestling all figured out. Probably thought he was right about everything. Hell maybe he didn't know shit and didn't pretend to. Kit turned away from him back to the window letting her thoughts get louder in her mind.

What is this to me? What does it mean for me? Will it mean anything at all if I win? God why can't I figure any of this out, I'm supposed to be confident, what have I become? Have I dwindled myself down to match something or am I just becoming something I hate, or both? It has never been about all of this for me, it has never simply been about winning so why is it all I care about now? DSL has experience, that has been stressed to everyone, including me millions of times, but does that mean she is going to beat me, or does it just mean she's supposed to beat me. there is a difference, a big one in fact. My career is about going against the odds that are set up against me, but when is that going to get old. It sure as hell is getting old to me, constantly feeling like I have to prove myself, obviously DSL doesn't have to prove anything, she walks in after getting beat twice by me and gets handed the Heavyweight title contendership. Enough people have complained about that though she why should I? Why should I complain over the fact that I'm stuck in this ridiculous predicament with the Franchise Championship, when I myself could be a heavyweight championship contender. Maybe I wasn't ready for that step, or maybe they weren't. Either way I am where I am and I can't say I'm not lucky. I'm lucky that people are finally starting to pay attention to what I'm about. I'm lucky that I am in BUD and that I have everything that I wanted to have. I'm lucky that people like that kid know who I am because of what I do every week. So what is it about to me now? Is it about winning or is it about what the thought of being in that ring does to me? Maybe I'm over analyzing, maybe I should just be laid back and start to follow the trends. Who knows. I just know where I wanna be tomorrow night and it isn't on the losing end. Then again it cou...

Kit's thoughts were cut short as the flight attendants began to show the safety precautions at the front of the plane. Kit looked to them. Before long the plane was getting ready to take off. Kit sat back and closed her eyes.
