THE.RULES 1.0  I am not going to base my life around getting requests done. I will do banners with more than one person on it but only if it's a stable banner or couples or tag team something of those sorts just not fed banners. Where is says "Kiki" put "Starr". 5.0 Don't request more than two banners from me in a day. That's kind of a hassle. 6.0 I made this banner for you and the least you can do is just reply with a thank you, it really isn't that hard. Feedback is always welcome as well. 7.0 If you don't even plan on using the banner that you've requested then just don't request it. If you're getting a banner made elsewhere for the same character and you're going to use that one just don't even try and request one from me. I am making these for your use not so you can save it and never use it. That is a waste of my time and that's just rude. 8.0 When you give me pictures I need them to be high quality and they need to be big(ish). I won't make your banner if you give me crappy pictures.
