4 Baking potatoes
1 1/2 stp dried rosemary
1/2 C sliced onion
2 C fresh chopped spinach leaves
1 1/2 C skim milk
1 egg
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 1/2 quart dish
350 degrees
1/2 sliced potatoes in 1/4 inch slices
sprinkle with 1/2 rosemary
repeat again
Beat egg, milk and 3 tbs cheese and pour over potatoes
Cover dish and bake for 50 minutes
Add together bread crumbs and remaining cheese, remove dish from oven
Top and bake for 10 minutes uncovered
