Oven Baked Chicken

2 cups bread crumbs

½ cup Parmesan cheese

Parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Mix together.

6-8 Chicken breasts (butter coated)

Roll chicken in dry mixture above.  Bake at 350 degrees in a single row until brown.

Melt ½ cup butter and mix with ¼ cup lemon juice, and salt, and lemon pepper to taste.  Pour over top of chicken breasts and bake about an hour until tender.
