 Cups Water
2 8oz. cans Tomato sauce
2 cups chopped onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegr
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sault
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 oz. unsweeteened chocolate
1 bayleaf
2 pounds ground beef
1 dried red chili pepper
2 cans chili beans (optional)
 
1) In a 4-quart Dutchoven combine all ingredients bug ground beef. Bring to a boil.
2) Crumble meat and onion. Brown.
3) Add beef to liquid and return to boil.
4) Reduce heat and sime for 2 or 3 hours uncovered until it is as thick as desired. Stir occassionally.
5) Remove bay leaf. Serve over spaghetti noodles and top with onions and cheese.
