Strawberry Pie

1 8-oz. package cream cheese

1 8-oz. package cool whip

1 cup confectioner's sugar

2 cups strawberries, quartered

1 graham cracker pie crust

 

Mix cream cheese and confectioner's sugar.

Fold in cool whip.

Add strawberries and mix with a spoon, just until mixeed in good, be gentle so you don't mash the strawberries.

Spoon into pie crust and chill at least 3 hours

I also cut up strawberries in half, put all around the pie and put a whole strawberrie in the middle..
