Special Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 4 cups Hot mashed sweet potatoes
  • Butter or margerine
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 each Eggs -- beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Pecans -- chopped
  • 1/3 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Flour

Mix the sweet potatoes, 1/3 C butter and the granulated sugar. Beat in the eggs and milk. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole. Combine the pecans, brown sugar and flour. Stir in 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potatoes and bake at 325 for 1 hour.

It was delicious....I will be making it for Christmas...it was all gone on Thanksgving so I did not get any leftovers!!!!!
