Dough Filling
3 oz cream cheese 1 egg
½ cup butter ¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour ¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients well; chill 1 hour. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into dough shells. Bake 30 minutes at 325.
Shape into balls. Press into papers.
(use mini-muffin tins).
This was one of my mother's holidays specialties. Yum!!
