1/2 # sliced Bruchetta
toothpicks
 
Core and slice Cantelope into thin slices, wrap with slice of Bruchetta.
 
Cut into bite size pieces, hold together with fancy toothpick!
 
These are wonderful!

I never had this before..I never liked the taste of melons, so I was very suprised.  It is addicting, a quick bite....very good.

I'm not much of a melon person either (other than watermelon).  I can tolerate honeydew, so that's why I tried it that way.

I love watermelon too, this is the only way I can eat the cantelope...weird. I eat my watermelon with a lot of salt with it.   That is why this is soooo good, the lunch meat has the salt in it....mmmmm

I love salt on my watermelon, too!  They look at me like I have warts on my nose when I do it!  I guess it's a Hoosier thing!!!

I use to eat my popcorn with sugar on it, I think ewww now, how growse is that and I remember using salt on my melon's... Ok, Water and cantelope lol
