Bob Evans Chicken & Noodles (Copycat)

3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons chicken bouillon (or soup base)
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, torn into large pieces
1 (16 ounce) bag reame's frozen noodles

6-8 servings

55 minutes 15 mins prep

  1. In a large stock pot, mix water, carrots, celery, onions, chicken bouillon, melted butter, pepper and chicken pieces.
  2. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and simmer on medium-low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
I make something similiar to this but thought I would give this one a try after all the reviews. It is cooking now so will give my final thoughts after dinner lol

Looks yummy!  I'll have to try it when my father-in-law is over for dinner.  He loves comfort food!
