Made this tonight and was very good, I did cut the breasts in like 5 pieces each one, added a little water at the end so it wouldn't dry out.. I put some lemmon pepper on mine and was yummy.. :)

Crockpot Chicken and Rice Recipe .

6 tablespoons butter
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix (dry)
1 cup rice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
2 (10 ounce) cans cream soup (mushroom or celery)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

6-8 servings

6 hours 10 minutes 10 mins prep

  1. Mix dry soup to wet soup and rice and milk in a bowl.
  2. Lay chicken in lightly greased crock pot. Place 1 tablespoons butter on top of each peice of chicken.
  3. Pour over soup mixture.
  4. Season with pepper and sprinkle the parmasan cheese on top.
  5. Cook in crockpot for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
  6. Enjoy!
