Really easy and no fuss!!!

3-5 pound beef round or shoulder roast
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
1 can beef broth
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce

Put everything except the BBQ Sauce in your crockpot and put on auto for the day.  Just before dinner, drain any remaining broth (set aside) and shred the beef with a fork.  Add the BBQ, diluting with remaining broth, if desired.  Serve on buns, garnish as preferred.
