These are so good and I rinsed mine and cut them in half, the bigger pieces and then melted the butter and tossed with the seasonings :) 
  
Parslied New Potatoes
 
1 1/2 lbs small new potatoes 
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 
salt and pepper
  1. Drain well.
  2. Add butter and parsley.
  3. Toss to coat well.
  4. Bake at 350 for around 30 minutes.. keep an eye on them and enjoy!!
