Peppermint Slice

No cooking involved.

Ingredients : 250gm of Chocolate ripple biscuits or Milk Coffee biscuits.
                  1 tin of condensed milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa (if you are using Milk Coffe biscuits.
1 cup of CRUSHED OddFellow peppermints.
                   Coconut

Mix all ingredients together.
Cool in fridge for 20 mins
Make into a couple of long sausage shaped rolls, and then roll in coconut.
Refrigerate till set.
Slice when set and  serve.

The hardest part of this recipe is crushing the ODDFellow mints.  If you do this job in the blender, it makes the mints too powdery and fine. ( Better still get Talia's brothers in law to crush the mints for you). This recipes is better if the mints have some hard bits through it.
