Each of us in our own way is a survivalist untill the day that we  die. If not we would already be dead...

Surviving is a factor of the mind. Humans have a primitive desire to fight and live. That also can get you into more trouble, mainly by not keeping your head screwed on. In any survival situation you have to be able to keep your cool. Loosing your cool will kill you, real fast.
