TESTS WILL COME OUR WAY There are times when tests
will come our way,
No matter what,
we can't see the end of the day.
We think that everything
is going so wrong,
But we really have the answer
within us all along.
We pray thinking
our prayers are in vain,
We choose to not see
through all of the rain.
Each and every word
we seem to pray,
Just doesn't make
the dark clouds go away.
We wish that everything
would go our way,
Nothing to harm us
or to ruin our day.
For this truly
would be so great,
However, we all must
learn to wait.
No matter how long
we are standing still,
We need the results
to be in God's will.
Sometimes we gripe
and we often complain,
When we should let God
have full domain.
We must allow for God's help,
and give in,
For we know the outcome,
He is sure to win.
Never give up
even when the road is long,
Because with God
~ nothing can go wrong!
