Do you ever feel that you are fighting alone? Do you ever feel that you have everything on you? Or that you are in an overwhelming situation?

I actually felt like this today. It felt like the only person I could really be with and that could understand me is God. He understands us more than we can possibly understand ourselves. He wants to partake in the rough times as well as the fun times. But we are told to be filled with His love and joy. You see, we can't produce any. Only He gives it to us-by grace.

"O Lord, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me!

Many are saying of me, 'God will not deliver him.' But you are a sheild around me, O Lord; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head. To the Lord I cry aloud, and he answers me from his holy hill." Ps. 3:1-4.
