What have you done today
To help someone in need?
Have you helped another

You will touch God’s heart
When helping others, you see.

Feeding the hungry
And clothing the poor
These needs are a constant.
Of that, you can be sure.

Visiting the sick
And taking in a meal
Are things that help
To let others know God is real.

There are many ways to help
And there is always a task.
There are many people in need.
You don’t have to ask.

Just look around today
And ask God to lead.
He’ll send you to someone
Who has a great need.

God wants us to do good
And He wants us to care.
Let’s give of ourselves,
And to those in need, share.
