The days are growing shorter
Winter time will soon be here
Everyday is so exciting
Happy holidays are near.
October is for halloween
and Canadian Thanksgiving
Filled with scary hats
Pumplins, withches, haunted houses
And even a big black cat.
November has American Thanksgiving
A day for food and joy
Football games and pumpkin pies
For every girl and boy.
December is the very best
With Christmas Day to come
A blessed day, a holy day
The day our Lord was born.
