I received the Lord at the tender age of twelve. As long as I can remember I was mocked an ostricized because I was different even at secondary school the cool crowd ruled. I Praise the Lord because at the age of 34 I am in the coolest crowd Gods Children. Then I stumbled at the age 20 and met my husband a non believer after 13 years of his affairs drunkeness ,endless financial problems and at times physical abuse I found out my daughter suffers from Tuberous Chlorosis .Although I had drifted ,God always had his hand so securely and lovingly in my life. Having had to move about 15 times as the Landlord was always looking for the rent while I worked for the basics my then husband a breakdown driver seem to be drinking more often on the job and seem to be changing jobs as much as he changed his clothing. Facing repossession after repossession I heared the soft whispher when facing my daughters illness I'm waiting Lean on me I asked my husband to attend church with me and the response was I'm not the man you want.......I was given a divorce 5 years ago and focussed my all on God. Subsequently I met my present husband 3 years ago he is a born again christian my children ages 11. my son Joshua 12. Stepson Kyle and my daughter 12 have all become born again. Although I have been unemployed for the past year God has undertaken so that we have never gone to bed hungry and since reading the Jabez Prayer Book and saying the prayer the blessings has been so that at times I'm left breathless at what a wonderful God I SERVE.
Sisters and Brothers in Christ I pray you will remember us in your prayers as we feel called to mission work thus rhe pruning,taking place in our life. Also if it is Gods will that I will get permanent employment in the year 2002 as to lessen the load on my wonderful husband I have a present ....
So I leave you with Jeremiah 29 verse 11 'I alone know what plans I have for you,plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster,plans to bring about the future you hope for'
