I thought we could praise The Lord for at least one blessing of today. LOL! just one! (Well I guess in my case it will be more than one!) Well I Thank God for life today. I have had a good day. Had a good sleep, felt good so was a good start to the day. Well I guess I just thank God for having a relaxing day with no major problems. I thank God we had visitors on a day I chose to stay in and not do much and for the luxury of doing this. For enjoying TV, for being able to spend a lot of time browsing at this site which I am not usually able to do, for my Mum always, 80 years young and rather frail but keeping on keeping on Thank God; for writing letters, for catching up at the site I run. Oh, I could go on and on and this is just one not unusual day. Aren't I blessed? I pray blessings for all who come to this site. thank you for this forum Loretta (and DFL and others). Thank you for all your continued hard work. THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE, BE GLAD AND REJOICE IN IT! Christiana |

Above all I thank Jesus for being mine, for dying on The Cross to set me free, and each one of us. For His Father for being so gracious and loving and correcting us with the love a Father has and for The Holy Spirit for guiding me, counselling me, comforting me and convicting me. Amen. For Jesus' Resurrection. Amen. For Jesus' continued concern and care for us as He sits at the Right Hand of the Father, continually interceding for us, pleading His Blood to cover us. Amen. Perhaps He does not SIT at the Right Hand of God but STANDS, leaning forward, as if to say, "Father, may I go now to their aid?" Being held back by the Father who says, "No, My Son, it is not yet time but soon". (A friend put this image in my mind). How wonderful! Amen and Amen. Thank you Lord God. |

I would like to say ; Thankyou Lord that i woke up this morning and my home was clean! Thankyou that my brothers folded those clothes, to the best of their abilities, when i asked them to last night! Thankyou that even though the pug is the one to blame for the death of so many flowers on the front patio, that my dad knew to take them and put them in a vace of water! Thankyou Father for life, also. I too must sing praises to you for the breath i was blessed with taking this morning. Thankyou Lord for the blue sky and feeling of warmth when your bright sun radiates it's rays upon us. Jesus thankyou for life! As a wise man in a song once said 'he's the only thing worth both living and dieing for'; & i praise you! Life has purpose, direction, and fullfillment. Thankyou for the cross. Thankyou for the cross. Thankyou for the reality that you did rise and now sit with The Father. Thankyou Abba, for being just that; Abba. |

I thankyou Jesus for when last night i was in despair, feeling as if i would not beable to pull a good grade out of summer school efforts, you shone some light in the dark of my room. You showed me what matters to me, is you. A failing grade is not the end of the world, and i praise your Father for you have given me the knowledge that this is true. Jesus you are my rock, and shall not be moved. I love you Lord and praise you; all of my days! Thankyou Father for being there, for knowing my pain, for understanding it all. For coming to this earth, to know your people; Father thankyou. Jesus may i never forget to look for your face in every bad situation. Thankyou Father, i love you. In your precious holy name i pray, amen |

Hey i really like that!! What is the verse from?? Sounds like a hymn, to me, kind'a. And bro., i thank the Lord for saving me, completing me, and having mercy on me; right alongside you!! Praise The Lord! And hey if you cant make it into the chat at the designated times, post in 'general' a time that would work out for you and ask if anyone would join you. Ask DFL about it most definetly. I won't just offer her up without consulting this with her first; but im sure she'd love to chat! And i'd love to meet you too!  |
