In Loving Memory of Robert
I lost an awesome man, with a heart of gold
Who was more to me than wealth untold
Without farewell he fell asleep
With only memories for me to keep
I have lost, but God has gained
One of the best husband
the world contained
His heart was the truest in all the world
His love the best to recall
For none of earth can take his place
He is still the dearest husband of all
If he could have spoken before he died
Thhese are the words
he would have replied
This lifw for me has truly passed
I've loved you to the very last
Weep not for me
But courage take
And love each other
For my sake.
Note: God saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, Peace be thine.
