Prayer For Mankind
Lord, my Savior
King of the world
Have mercy on me
Give me the strength
to control my emotions.
The world is blind
to your prayer
Blind to the fact that satan
holds their leash
Blind not knowing there is more
than a life of pride
Yet their stubborn choosing
to ignore your plea to come and listen.
Lord Jesus protect me from these
common traps
Give me the knowledge and strength
to guide sinners
Leading them to your arms
and scarred palms
Show them the cross on which you paid
their sins with your blood.
Help me Lord, to open their eyes
and bring to you another soul
Let your Holy Spirit work within them
Let your word be placed in their heart
And let tears of joy and happiness
flow down their smiling faces
Thank You, Father
