My Silent Prayer
Lord, I've got a troubled mind
it seems I've dropped so far behind
the things I say and the things I do
noone seems to understand but You.
Help me to think not bad but good
Maybe then I can live the life I should.
My heart is in pieces everywhere
but another place I cannot share
Lord, I am so weary and so weak
its times like these in You, I seek.
I really don't know how to pray
but you'll understand
what I' trying to say.
I need a deliverance of my soul
to make me feel not part but whole
You know how much that I can bear
Oh Lord, do hear my silent prayer.
