Joel
Turning back from Acts to the book of Joel We check his message to spirit and soul. A warning to people that by decree The locusts will strip the land of the free
Until such time as it takes to turn Until it takes the wayward to learn There is a God who sees men’s acts It is He who decides all fiction and facts
But when hungry men cry with broken hearts The Lord sees and to them imparts The wonderful news of a redeeming Son That also existed before time begun
So awake all men who are self content And avoid the locusts that have the crops rent For heaven blows with Pentecostal power And the flames of hell burn closer by the hour.
