Sonic was really good but I was so disappointed in the onion rings. They have a sweet taste and I didn't like them at all, none of us did. The rest was really good though. I had the chicken sandwich on the toast and a vanilla shake. We ordered fries and onion rings to share. It was fun to eat in the car. lol

I have to go again to try the shakes with the reeses. Between 2 & 4 it's happy hour so it will be half price. I've walked so much to prepare for the high calorie meal though I felt weak when I was at the store. lol

The onion rings are a little sweet..Judy and I went last week and we got the steak sandwich..it came with onion rings and I thought they were too sweet.

I love onion rings when they're good. These have potential to be good. I'll have to try the steak sandwich Junebug. Sounds good. The shake was really good but I'm not into all those flavors just give me vanilla!

I'm glad you're feeling better. Sinus trouble can be painful.

They opened here in June, I think. That was the first one in the state. For the first two months there was a two hour wait. The first couple of days it was open there was a huge traffic jam and the street they're on is three lanes each way.lol Finally they had cars turn into the parking lot for the grocery store thats behind them and they had to circle around the back of it. LOL It was crazy!

Two women in their 80's had their homes broken into and they were beat. One of them died. The police think its two different people that did it. How could you beat an older person like that? Just take what you want and leave

a couple of weeks ago 2 little boys were beaten at a park. it was in a new subdivision so the park was part of the subdivision... turns out a guy who lived in the subdivision followed them to the park with the baseball bat and he beat them in the face and head with it. The police arrested him within hours. he was just recently released from a mental facility with schitzophrenia (not sure how that is spelled...) ...very sad... both boys died the day after christmas.

my response was that "an eye for an eye" justice sounded just about right in this case. this man has 2 children the same age as these boys he beat to death.

also turns out he had threatened another little boy the week before the beatings but the kid was too afraid to tell anyone and didn't think anyone would believe him.

the reason the guy was caught was because one of the neighbors had a surveillance camera set up and it caught him following the boys... =[

they were 7 and 10 years old.

That is heartbreaking. If I had kids and somebody did that to them I think I would want to kill them
