i made cheese ravioli last night. i get it in a big bag, frozen, at costco. i also grilled and seasoned chicken breast i'd cut up into cubes and mixed it all together with a red pepper alfredo sauce and mushrooms. i steamed some spinach and got some rolls that were on their last legs and nuked it to soften it then buttered it with garlic butter and broiled it in the oven to crisp up the tops. mmm mmm

 

the boys liked it though they can't eat ANYTHING without knowing all the ingredients cuz, well, you know, they wouldn't want to eat something (AND LIKE) something they DON'T like...
