Now this probably won't mean squat to most of y'all, but I received in the mail the first of my medals and the DD 214 I was issued at discharge is being corrected to show all of my awards. The first one was the Good Conduct Medal with two knots symbolizing three awards. My original DD 214 showed none.

1 medal + 2 knots= 3 awards of the same medal
